I guess it’s impractical to do breathalyzer tests on exit from the base.
Some idiot could still get soused though, once out. I have a buddy who is a Marine who told me a nightmare story about an acid trip, off base.
I don’t think they’re going to allow any sailor to go off base unless he or she has a damn good reason.
I can’t see them shutting down the base bars but....
Keep in mind this is only Navy.
