would it be acceptable for any federal official to be a member of it?

So it impacts black, Asian, anybody that’s not of “La Raza”
I can point to a lot of black neighborhoods that have been overwhelming taken over by “La Raza”..... in the Los Angeles area blacks are getting pushed out by Hispanics as much as whites ...
And a lot of those government minority and disadvantaged set-asides programs? ....have become exclusively Hispanic minority set-asides?
that’s a problem with balkanized country because each little fiefdom in a balkanized country favors exclusively its own
