Big deal. Will it have transgender heads? That’s what real naval superiority in the 21st century is all about! /s

...and the current “leadership” is more concerned about trannys, homos, women-in-”combat” and so forth. Great leadership we have.

The thing about building one big ship instead of 5 small ships is you only have to sink it once.
The predator (other than man) that is at the top of the food chain isn’t the largest. It’s the wolf, because operate in packs.

Destroyers are obsolete. The Navy should consist of submarines and aircraft carriers. The age of sea battles is over.

It will be controlled by the newly built 22 lbs Russian laptop that is so rugged that it can be dropped from an aircraft to the ship without a parachute. The only problem is that by doing so it will sink the world class destroyer.

I thought the picture was sarcasm until I looked at the article.
That thing looks goofy and top heavy. What purpose can that pagoda serve in these days of over the horizon radar?

It’s an interesting design. Forgive me though... It immediately reminded me of ‘Space Cruiser Yamato’.
It Just needs the large three gun turrets.
On the other hand it does show that a lot of work went into making the superstructures radar stealthy. I’m personally looking forward to seeing it when it’s fully built and functional.

Wow, you’ll be able to see that superstructure coming in plenty of time to line up for a torpedo shot.
