That’s what the lyin’ MSM wants to portray while ignoring the actual conflicts of interest and the judges inherent support for illegals and Hillary.....They never learn.
He is - and he definitely has a huge conflict of interest. If he were honest, he would withdraw from the case.
So, just now on CNN, comes a claim that Trump’s criticism, if he was president, would “borderline be an impeachable offense.”
No.
Do you think fairness requires that the opposition attorney be on your side?
I know Trump is all that and a bag of chips, but try thinking about what you are saying.
Should a Trump-supporting attorney be barred from suing Clinton or Obama because it's a "conflict of interest?"
And LaRaza is a huge recipient of federal funds; the organization has often been accused of judge shopping in their suits against such agencies as the (former) INS. Is it reasonable to conclude that his fellow racists don’t really have to shop around in this case, and might be filling his pockets to take down Trump, their chosen enemy? To think so, one would have to have a rather low opinion of LaRaza and such federal judges. And many of us do.
What does La Raza have to do with Trump University?
Geraldo too. They’re saying the judge is not Mexican, he’s AMerican.
I’m sick of this. There appears to be a conflict of interest here. Isn’t that enough?
Megyn Kelly says she’s read the case, and there is definitely a class action case.
One would hope you would read the thread then these silly questions would not come up.
If he were honest, he wouldn’t be associated in any form with La Raza.
Did you not get the news that Cruz lost?
I did. Perhaps you would be so kind as to enlighten me on what I missed?
He needs to file a motion asking for the case to be reassigned to a different judge if there is a legitimate conflict.
