189 Times In 7 Hours: Cheryl Mills Did Not Know or Did Not Recall Almost Everything About Hillary
Breitbart ^ | 6/2/16 | Nicholas Gilbertson

Posted on 06/02/2016 2:56:49 PM PDT by Nachum

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s counsel and chief of staff Cheryl Mills replied at least 189 times with variations of “I don’t know” or “I don’t recall” during a deposition about the Clinton email scandal, a transcript of the deposition reviewed by Breitbart News shows.

The deposition, conducted last week by government watchdog group Judicial Watch, lasted about seven hours. As such, Mills’ consistent failure to remember any significant details is worrying. This deposition came in a case separate from an FBI investigation into the homebrew email server system that Clinton created. As of now, there are at least 147 FBI agents investigating the Clinton email scandal.

This is not the first scandal Mills has found herself in with the Clintons. Mills has been closely involved with the Clintons since the 1990s, serving as former President Bill Clinton’s counsel during his impeachment proceedings over the Monica Lewinsky and Paula Jones scandals. Mills has been a central adviser to both Clintons throughout their time on the national political stage.

I think a little private interrogation might get the truth out of her. These people lie with such impunity and wear it like a badge of honor.

Somehow some of these people needed to be squeezed until they roll on her. But that only seems to happen on TV or in the movies.

If a person under oath says that he “does not know”, but it can be proven that he did know, is that grounds for perjury?

Proposed new law:

When you take a Gov’t job, or work as a contractor on a Gov’t contract you automatically waive your 5th Amendment rights for any issue related to said Gov’t work, and when summoned to testify before Congress it is always done using a lie detector.

Secy Hillary's aides used their tax-paid positions at the State Dept to cash-in---they romped all over the State Dept looking for money-making opportunities .....like it was their private playground.

Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon details how Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clinton’s longtime underling, apparently collected a paycheck from New York University at the same time she was serving as Chief of Staff of the State Department.

According to the article: After joining the State Department in the beginning of 2009, Mills continued to serve as general counsel for New York University for several months. She also sat on the board of the “NYU in Abu Dhabi Corporation,” the fundraising arm for the university’s UAE satellite campus. The school is bankrolled by the Abu Dhabi government and has been criticized by NYU professors and human rights activists for alleged labor abuses.

The UAE is a major funder of the Clinton Foundation, on whose board Mills sat. The article quotes NLPC Chairman Ken Boehm:

“Federal of conflict interest statutes are very strict, and they want to ensure that federal employees, especially very senior special employees like Cheryl Mills, do not have any conflicts of interest in any matter that they have a hand in,” said Boehm. “Given her position, the dual position of counselor and chief of staff, presumably she would have access to almost any decision of importance that came out of the State Department.”

UPDATE--

<><> Mills rejoined the board of the Clinton Foundation in 2013, after Hillary exited State.

<><> Mills currently runs the BlackIvy Group, a consulting firm that focuses on dirt-poor Sub-Saharan Africa.

MILLS IS A BUSY LITTLE BEAVER---The hydra-headed Cheryl Mills is (1) Hillary's COS, (2) Clinton Foundation employee, (3) Hillary campaign factotum, (4) Hillary's counsel, and, (5) runs a development company in Sub-Sahara Africa.

Mills is perennial govt parasite leftover from ex-prez Clinton's admin---lives in Washington, DC, with her domestic partner, David Dominici, and their two children, Lucca and Indigo. David Dominici designed the Nebraska school program, and became the founding Principal of the school, called the Maya Angelou Academy. He started his first nonprofit, DCWorks, at the age of 22.

Where does it say Cheryl Mills must cooperate

The law does including documents she signed as a condition of employment as a high ranking government official

Cheryl Mills job was the highest ranking aide to the Secretary of State of the United States.

She broke the law executing her job and is now trying to cover it up.

I mean, really- its pretty unprecedented for government officials to plead the 5 th in FOIA action as many of Mills colleagues have done.

This is a criminal cover up at this point and mills is trying to avoid pleading the fifth

Mills behavior is so extreme the Judge should have allowed the release of the video. Mills is a Stanford University Law School grad and reputed to be an exceptionally sharp lawyer and an exceedingly brilliant intellect in general.

The public deserves to see the video for themselves to allow us to make our own determination if Mills’ 187+ lapses in memory are credible or whether she is being intentionally evasive and dishonest

Clinton aide blames email bungle on Benghazi, illness

Jun. 01, 2016 - 4:35 - Judicial Watch blasts ‘insulting’ excuses in Cheryl Mills’ deposition testimony

Probably going to court to compel Mills to answer questions.

What is the old expression: half the fun is getting there. Hillary can play her I don’t know games all day long. Legally she is entitled to do so. However, in politics anything goes.
