Thanks to all who shared concern. Daughter back home now. I’m proud that as teaching assistant she took responsibility for securing shelter for a dozen students. The classroom door had no lock. They moved to Econ Dept. office suite farther down the hall.
Whoa, a student killing his professor. Sad.
This whole thing was a total cluster. They knew from the first moment that this was an isolated incident. He killed the prof in a 12’x12’ office. The suicide note and gun were right there. But idiot students called 911 about men in black running around campus with guns -— DUH, KIDS, THOSE ARE CALLED COPS. So thus the cluster.
Sheesh.
No one except that prof was in any danger.
Glad she handled herself so well.
Tell her to tell her friends that some men in black running around with guns JUST MIGHT BE police. Lol. What a giant mess.
Sheesh is right... Welcome to the Panicked States of America where everything is a crisis that needs a massive government response.
