Panic spreads among Clinton Supporters.
Politico ^ | 5-31-2016 | Nick Gass

"Hillary Clinton's use of a private email address and a personal server was a "mistake," her campaign's top official wrote in a letter to the Democratic front-runner's top supporters over the weekend.

And Clinton has repeatedly said it was a "mistake," campaign chairman John Podesta wrote, in a 600-word missive intended to set the record straight and keep supporters calm as it faces a strong last-second challenge from Bernie Sanders while looking ahead to Donald Trump in the general election."

Killing someone is also a mistake but an apology won’t make it right! Betraying one’s country is not a mistake but a deliberate act of greed and should be punishable by death.

Hillary Clinton is the “insiders-insider.” She was not ignorant of the law - she knew very well the law, its penalties, and the PR nightmare a scandal would be.

YET - she chose to maintain this private server anyway. Certainly, her arrogance made her believe she could avoid any controversy - but nonetheless, she understood the risk.

SO WHAT EXACTLY was so important to hide on her own, deletable servers to take such risks? I’ve never seen anything more than speculation.

“No democrat can win this cycle, not with Trump on the ballot”

I like your optimism. But I am not as optimistic as you. I certainly believe Trump can win, but not easily. We live in country where at least 48% of the population (and growing) want to rely on the government to care for their needs. Hillary’s corruption doesn’t matter. She is certain to get 48-49% of the vote just for being a Democrat. Keep in mind 0bama also still has an approval rating over 50%. So most the country are not pissed off at the way things are going as Trump supporters are.

But one thing Trump does have that could help him pull off a narrow win is turnout. His supporters are energized and will go out in numbers unseen with McCain and Romney. With a high turnout, he can squeak out a win.

The latest angle is that Hillary accidentally “broke the rules”. Did not “comply”. So harmless.

The racketeering is more than speculation. At least one book has been written recently. It’s also one of the other aspects of the FBI investigation.

"Year of The Rat"

-How Bill Clinton compromised U.S. Security for Chinese Cash, By Edward Timperlake, and William C. Triplette. 1998 Regnery Publishing, Washington D.C.

The entire Washington elite need to be tossed from public roles for allowing Hillary anywhere near sensitive government security information given the documented track record of the Clintons selling state secrets. They confirmed her as Secretary of State, putting her in charge of marketing and receivables for the RICO Clinton Foundation while trusted with our national secrets. Absolutely astonishing! Like making the fox in charge of the hen house, only the chickens are American human lives at stake.

Yeah that is the latest retread of the same angle his lowness passed on a few months ago.

Unfortunately, unlike the title of a Shakespeare play, much ado about nothing, there is plenty ado here assuming the DOJ, his lowness's weapon, decides to go forth. Unless they do, it will all be conversation.

When the Chinese philosopher wrote the story of the “Frog and the Scorpion”, he had foreknowledge of exactly Hillary Clinton.

A “mistake” would be to use some private email *account* (like gmail) to email somebody where there was content that *could*, arguably, be deemed classified.

Hosting your OWN SERVER is a blatant and deliberate act, there is no MISTAKE.

FACT: She had classified, secret and above top secret information on an insecure server she specifically hosted, setup by somebody that didn’t have security clearance.

FACT: The State Dept. didn’t have copies of ALL applicable emails when she left office.

FACT: She was required to turn over ALL emails and didn’t, a complete end-around FOIA requests.

FACT: Nobody else has been guilty of all of the above, yet, many have been convicted of much less.

FACT: She put lives in danger.

FACT: She deleted emails she shouldn’t have. Deleting 30,000 emails, when we know there were “above top secret” emails on the server, means she could have been deleting emails she shouldn’t. That’s a lot of emails.

LIKELY: The Clinton’s are guilty of racketeering and money laundering through the Clinton Foundation.

LIKELY: The email server was hacked by many. You don’t extradite a Romanian hacker (Guccifer) out of jail to discuss her server and what he was able to do if it wasn’t a strong possibility.

LIKELY: People died as a result. Where are the Benghazi emails from Hillary? Don’t tell me there are none anywhere.

This whole thing stinks. If she becomes President it is a clear sign our country is broken.

so what was the racketeering exactly?

Selling the Chinese technology? Donations from shady characters or middle-east dictators? Influence peddling?

Do we know exactly yet?

The FBI’s job is very simple. They look for classified documents dated prior to some email. They look for the same wording in an email. That is an intential spill and serious violation or felony. It is harder to look for “retroactive” classification violations which really means that Clinton violated her classificiation authority agreement by not marking her own classified statements. But they probably got her on a dozen of the former, an easy case for the prosecution.

“It wasn’t a “mistake”, it was intentional.”

Indeed, and if she thought the risk of getting caught violating these laws to hide her emails was worth it, then whatever she was hiding must have been a much bigger violation. A calculating politician like Hillary would not commit felonies trying to cover something up unless she is covering up much, much worse felonies.

Doesn't matter how many times a criminal admits that breaking the law was a mistake - they still need to be prosecuted as apologizing doesn't make the crime go away.

We must look at Hillary’s entire career,I agree,as William Safire wrote in the New York Times,Hillary is a congenital LIAR,that was during Whitewater,Filegate and Todays New York Post writes about the 1 million subpoenaed emails on the First lady’s White House email account disappeared during the Whitewater investigation and the evidence pointed to Hillary’s aide swho was accused of turning off the system for Hillary’s emails.
Guess who also was involved in hiding her emails then,Cheryl. mills, her still close side and attorney.
Then there is Travelgate,Fbi files, her firing by Jerry Zeifman when she worked on the Nixon impeachment committee,he fired her because he said she was a liar and conspired to undermine the constitution and was an unscrupulous attorney, his only regret was not turning over her report to a judge and have her disbarred.
So scumbag, slimey Podesta,by all means look at her whole career
