The European Commission has today announced a partnership with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Microsoft in order to crack down on what it classes as “illegal hate speech” while “criminaliz[ing]” perpetrators and “promoting independent counter-narratives” that the European Union favours.

Now let’s see if FB is as diligent at suppressing left wing hate speech as it is at suppressing what it considers right wing hate speech. Coming on the heels of the revelation that FB suppressed conservative news articles, I doubt that will be the case.

There's more articles on this that can be found on bloomberg and AP via drudge this morning. They try to make it sound as if it's about terrorism but the AP article goes on to quote Vera Jourova, the EU commissioner responsible for justice, consumers and gender equality. and also state;

"They have also agreed to strengthen their partnerships with civil society organizations who often flag content that promotes incitement to violence and hateful conduct. The European Commission and the firms have also agreed to support civil society organizations to deliver "anti-hate campaigns."

I suppose "civil society organizations" means people like the SPLC. This has nothing to do with terrorism and everything to do with the nwo/leftist takeover.

The difference is that FR made the choice itself. Facebook is being strongly pressured by the government to censor content that the government does not like. The lack of a 1st amendment in Europe is showing here…
