Neo-Con spoilt children. I am familiar with Stephens and he has never meet a war he did not want to fight. For these losers it seems what has happened since 2001 never occurred. The GOP nominated two candidates the WSJ Open Borders types luved, McCain and Romney, and both got schlonged. Was there a lesson in that Mr. Stpehens?

The “#NeverTrump” neo-cons are the real enemy: socialists who masquerade as conservatives, in service of the UniParty.

Bret Stephens needs to be rebuked until he learns a lesson or, if he is incapable of learning, loses interest in politics.

This morning our Pastor said:

Folks regardless of the outcome of the election this coming November 8th, 2016, there will be either a revolution or a battle.

If for some reason Donald Trump is not inaugurated, taking office at noon Friday January 20, 2017 there will be a 'civil' war like none ever seen on earth before.

If, by the Grace of God, Donald Trump is inaugurated, taking office at noon Friday January 20, 2017 there will be an escalation of the war that will begin with his winning on Tuesday November 8, 2016.

The important thing to remember is that, We, The people are not going to go back to serfdom and the ruling political class, their masters and owners in the donor class and the slaves of both, the enforcer class, are not going to surrender the power and wealth they have accumulated, by a simple vote of the people.

There are some things you, who support the status quo, you who side with the ruling political class, their masters and owners in the donor class and the slaves of both, the enforcer class, should not forget, you are not going to be forgiven.

The mistake made by our forefathers by allowing, for the most part, the Tories to stay, to retain their wealth and property, will not be repeated.

I do believe the events will be much shorter and much less horrifying if Donald wins and takes office, for I am convinced that the Enforcer Class will not shed their blood and die as willing and for as long a period of time defending, protecting and serving their rulers and masters, as we the people are for freedom.

Genesis 49:27 tells us that Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil.

Likewise Patriots and/or Christians in this fight will keep and divide the spoil.

Here’s the first paragraph from his Wikipedia entry:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bret_Stephens

Stephens was born in New York City[3] and was the son of Xenia and Charles J. Stephens, a former vice president of General Products, a chemical company in Mexico.[4][5] His parents were both secular Jews. His paternal grandfather had changed the family surname from Ehrlich to Stephens (after poet James Stephens).[6] He was raised in Mexico City, where his father worked. In his adolescence, he attended boarding school at Middlesex School in Massachusetts. After his graduation, Stephens studied political philosophy at the University of Chicago. He earned a master’s degree in comparative politics [7] from the London School of Economics. He is married to Corinna da Fonseca-Wollheim, a music critic who writes for The New York Times. The couple has three children and lives in New York City.[8][9]

Exactly what I thought I would see, actually.

Globalist creep.

It’s important that Donald Trump and what he represents — this kind of ethnic quote, ‘conservatism,’ or populism be so decisively rebuked

This guy never articulates a reason for the need to decisively rebuke everyone.

If Trumps son is being honest in saying that his dad decided to run because of the Iran weapons deal, then at least we have one candidate who's not running out of self interest.

The rest of the governmental drones are so self interested that I'm willing to take a shot with Trump just on the chance that it could be true.

(Trump)”must be “decisively rebuked” to the point that it will teach Republican voters a “lesson”.

Actually, we did learn our lesson with Dole, McCain and Romney. Trump is the antidote.

Has he ever served in the military?

Put this POS in full 125lbs of "Battle Rattle" and put him over in the Sandbox. Lets see what he thinks when it is his rear end on the line.

He is a stinking coward and and un-American piece of fecal matter.

I stopped reading the Wall Street Journal years ago, sad as it was at one time one of the few readable American newspapers; got tired of their endless evangelizing for yet more foreign wars and open borders to get cheap labor and screw American workers out of their jobs.

The Townshend Revenue Act taxed tea, glass, lead, oil, paint, and paper. All of these taxes were repealed except the tax on tea in 1770. The tea tax was kept in order to assert the ruling class’s right in Parliament to tax the colonies, to teach the common people among the colonists a lesson. How hard do those who consider themselves our ruling class really want to push to teach the common people a lesson today?

Obamacare is being rejected by productive Americans. Amnesty is also being rejected by those who work for a living. The same is true for additional infringements on our God-given individual right to keep and bear arms. Just as there was no room for compromise on those taxes in 1770, there is no room for compromise on Amnesty, Obamacare, and gun rights. GOP leadership efforts to compromise on freedom (Jeb, Rubio, McConnell, Boehner, Ryan, Christie, and Kasich included) are why Trump won, and the only lesson voters can be taught by further ruling class resistance would be exceptionally painful for millions.

A few months ago, I read through my family history, and my relatives fought on both sides in the first Civil War. Many of my ancestors died in that war, and they lost so many siblings that I gave up on counting. War is one of the worst options imaginable, which is why those who want power have been able to push decent people so far. The problem that democrat and republican party leaders are now encountering is that there are worse things than war. We are getting to the point where that’s no longer an abstract idea.

Option 1: They back off and allow Trump to at least partially restore the lost balance, with government more closely following its constitutional limits.

Option 2: If Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Romney, the Chambers of Commerce, and others who think they have the power will not accept Option 1, “We hold these truths to be self-evident . . .”

Republican voters are already learning many lessons this year. Perhaps the most important one is that many elite so called conservatives are really just liberal, globalist statists at heart who have nothing but disdain for the majority of their fellow Americans, freedom, and the fundamental ideas of our Constitution.

A lot of us already suspected as much, now we have proof.

I hope the rest of the Uniparty elite come out of the closet like Bret did so we'll know to ignore whatever they have to say.
