Any republican politician supporting a 3rd party nominee shouldn’t be allowed to run as a republican.
Also, no senate PAC money or other republican PAC money should go to them.
Hopefully, this will be the end of Kristol.

also what are you basing your assertion on? I say it is virtually impossible that this person doesn’t get 3 or 5% no matter who it is. And that could hurt us a lot. I do not believe that this is anything but a false premise to try to make Kristol seem more clever and to attract voters. The real plan is to get Clinton elected. That has always been the goal since JEB! the was the designated, establishment choice to lose to Clinton.

Ten years ago the National Review was an intellectual and important publication. They were right on a number of issues and astute observers of the scene.
Today that is not the case.
I don’t know if the Weekly Standard was ever worth reading. It was always just a rehash of Washington establishment talking points.
They still are Obama fan boys. They also are strong supporters of Hillary Clinton.
