If you need to stroke your ego and prove otherwise why don’t you pony up the money and take him to court.

The court rulings stand until overturned by a higher court.

Cruz can’t handle the loss...he needs to suck it up and do his job in the Senate. It will take all hands on deck to help President Trump turn this ship around...

“How many divisions do patriotic Americans have?”

Don’t go throwing my question back in my face. Either answer my question or get lost.

The Supreme Court of the United States has never applied the term “natural born citizen” to any other category than “those born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof”.

MINOR V. HAPPERSETT IS BINDING PRECEDENT AS TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL DEFINITION OF A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

Didn’t rule on Cruz? Sorry and until they determine him ineligible, no joy.

What really pisses me off is nobody had the guts to file the suit. Nobody. Now why was that? You reckon it is because they did not want to lose?

Trump kept saying he was gonna sue, he was gonna sue, he was gonna sue and as is his usual pattern he did not. Much like his campaign promises. I wish to hell somebody would have done it just to get an answer either way. Of which I don’t care.

Perhaps you should do your own research. Start with the 20 states that have pending bills that would require potus candidates to show AN AMERICAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE in order to be placed on the General Election ballot. (One has passed.) All the DNC would need is for one democrat controlled state legislature to pass their bill and Ted would have needed to sue his way on to the ballot.

Then review how a dozen times over our lifetime, Congress has attempted to amend the Constitution to allow foreign borns to run for potus, all have failed.

Cruz is compromised in every way possible: foreign soil plus expat / alien parents!

That’s why he was so well supported by the globalst GoldmanSachs donors. They propped him up through his wife. Ted would open the Oval Office door to nearly any spawn of an alien to the presidency.

And that’s exactly why he deserves to be scorned, he is an affront to true constitutional conservative.

Gawd, you folks have been smoking the wacky weed. Show me a ruling against Cruz in a court of law. It is that simple.

It’s official. I will never call myself conservative again thanks to fraudulent Ted. America first.

And, according to Glen Beck, anyone who is merely a conservative and does not have the salvational covering of True Conservatism and votes for Trump goes to hell.

And also why he was so soundly rejected by 3/4 of primary voters. He’s a POS narcissistic sellout who is siding with these Mexican rioters in California just as he did when they were in Chicago, I’m sure.
He was my first choice when the primaries began and now I despise him because he did everything possible to alienate me as a voter.

I pretty much agree with you.

Except ethanol. Agree it’s mouse nuts compared to real federal spending, but it showed he could align with other crony capitalists schemes. The good news is, Mr. Trump hasn’t made a similar move since Iowa.

My understanding is that as I predicted Reince Priebus has basically told Ted Cruz he’s not welcome at the convention. Persona non grata. The guy subbing for Hannity this afternoon was the one who we heard it from.

Agree. That’s why I want Trump to be a strong conservative so he can kick GOPe ass as president.

Good point ASA Vet. Ted speaks with some authority about “True Conservatives”. His constitutional law professor at Harvard, Larry Tribe, who was also Barack’s con. law professor and adviser, observed (Boston Globe Jan 11 2016) that Ted was a “hypocrite”, when he called himself a “constitutional conservative” while citing the 14th Amendment, which is a “Naturalization Amendment” built upon Article I Section 8, “...an Uniform Rule for Naturalization”, while claiming to be an “originalist”.

Larry was honest about being a “living constitution” advocate, meaning the Constitution can be adjusted to suit the times or the current powers, essentially dismissing the Constitution as an historical artifact. Barack said just that in his Chicago radio interview. And Barack had the integrity never to claim to be a natural born citizen. Barack told us he was “...born a subject of the British Commonwealth”. Ted simply lied, knowing the ignorance of most citizens about issues not even dealt with in most law schools, but still accessible and perfectly clear in Minor v. Happersett and Wong Kim Ark, supreme court decisions. But that is Larry’s expertise, and he did a pretty good job of preparing congress to parry questions about Obama’s citizenship problem so both parties could avoid the question, as well as defending John McCain’s problems in Senate Resolution 511, April 2008, which were not resolved before the 2008 election, silencing the Republicans, had there been any Congressman whose oath to honor, defend, and protect the Constitution still had any meaning.

I think to "have standing" to file, you would have to lose the nomination to Cruz. Since Cruz is not going to get the nomination, no one has "standing" for a federal case.

That is how it was explained in the Obama case - perhaps that is why Hilary was given the SOS job since she alone would have had standing in 2008.

Trump gives me everything I've ever wanted. NO a billion times more than what I ever wanted. Just China makes everything and so is destroying U.S. manufacturing which is destroying America (Trump will fix this). And 2 . the wall to stop the invasion of socialist illegals (socialism gets stopped too). these are my top 2 but Trump fulfills many more and a billion times better than anything I could have imagined .All other politicians are corrupt and bought off and worth nothing but crap to me. democrats all of them are the enemy and are socialists the ultimate evil to me.

I am sure it was a bribe to satisfy the powers that be in the dem party.

Anyway, the mess with cruz is irrelevant since he did not win, will never be on the supreme court and thank goodness for that. We will keep re-electing him for our senator for as long as he wants to be one. He will be the only thorn in the side of the republican elite, just like he has until now.

If we could just clone him and get rid of the Rino E senator we got now.
