No killer should get life without parole. They should be executed.
Don’t know if it was correct or not but used to be a saying
Sentenced to a year and a day.
With the meaning being you had to serve the year before you could serve the day.
So, sentence them to 150 years and a day????
Cold blooded murderer should get about 10 days from his arrest to put his affairs in order then have a date with the hangman.
Make them eligible for parole at age 100.
One of my life’s lessons is that whatever a person starts out as when a kid chances are they will be no different when an adult.
My favorite example is hippies. Some may have changed their appearance to mainstream, but the vast majority are still hippies in their way of thinking.
Certain people are born without a conscience (psychopaths) and will be that way for life. If a kid fits that scenario, then there is no rehabilitation for them, just more murder.
That court is wrong!!!!
Oh, by all means, do tell, pretty please.
