MSNBC's Chuck Todd grills Hillary Clinton over brutal State Department report
Business Insider ^ | 5/26/16 | Natasha Bertrand

MSNBC's Chuck Todd grilled Hillary Clinton over the scathing inspector general's report released on Wednesday that determined she "did not comply" with State Department rules in using a personal email address to conduct government business.

The report "seemed to contradict many of the things you've said about the emails," Todd said, before asking Clinton if she accepts everything the report said as fact.

Clinton argued that the report made clear that personal email use was allowed under State Department rules, though she acknowledged she realized people have "concerns."

Snip...

The existence of at least three previously undisclosed email correspondences between Clinton and four of her former top aides at the State Department — which appear to have been found among the aides' electronic files — indicates that Clinton did not hand over every work-related email in her inbox to the State Department in March 2015.

Todd confronted Clinton over one of those emails, in which Clinton wrote that she didn't want a government email address because she didn't "want any risk of the personal being accessible."

"What were you concerned about? FOIA requests? Congressional requests?" Todd asked. "What were you worried about being accessible?"

Clinton responded that "nobody wants their personal emails made public," noting that "it was a mistake" to use a personal email account while at State.

The report did NOT say use of personal email was allowed for State business. In fact, it was very specific on that point: Clinton broke the rules/law. Why didn’t Todd call her out on that lie?

Because he's a democrat and she's a democrat...

Unfortunately, she’ll likely win the CA primary by a nose, and the blowjobbing media that’s giving her some slight grief now will return to their adoration as they breathlessly proclaim their god Hildabeast “The Comeback Kid!”

Their joy will consume the truth that is now coming briefly to light. Clinton C@cksuckers in the MSM will experience nirvana, and all will be forgiven. They will put on their blue dresses and accept their destiny—to be once again slimed by their deity.

The Clintons are otherworldly evil, no other politicians in either party could EVER survive even one of the catastrophic events that these vile creatures have visited upon our nation over so many years.

I remain hopeful that I’m wrong and true justice will prevail...

Since she mixed personal and business yes, every single one of them should be released. When I worked for a corporation if I received a personal email on my biz addy the sys admin had access to it. That’s why I tried not to do that.

They stopped that about a year ago at some agencies, can’t access yahoo or gmail accounts from a fedgov computer.

Too easy for some moron to open up an e-mail with a malicious attachment.

Anyone with a state.gov e-mail address that sent messages to the Clinton e-mail address has rocks in their head, you don’t send internal government communications to unsecured servers, everybody gets training every year that relates that fact.

This degenerate scumbag deliberately and intentionally set up an e-mail system that she thought would be shielded from FOIA and investigations.

Once again, she was wrong.

A stupid dangerous evil destructive beast from hell is what she is.

I hope that communist bastard Sanders kicks her ass good in California.

Those emails Hillary considers “personal” are, all right, but some of them concern the bribery of a sitting Secretary of State. Personal in that they could and ought to put her behind bars. She isn’t worried about electoral optics, she’s worried about hard evidence of multiple felonies, with no one left to cover for her.

Unfortunately, Biden will be hard to beat

Biden is a horrible candidate - he has run repeatedly for President and never gained a bit of traction. He is old and it would be hard to find anyone with more Obama baggage around their neck.

Fauxahontas is more of a threat, but she is not a household name and it is awfully late in the process.

I think the DNC is stuck - they have alienated Sanders supporters in a big way and their candidate is awful (and under a serious cloud of investigation).

My cynical side tells me that lefties Todd and Mitchell
are playing for credibility points so when it is
crunch time they will be seen as objective while drooling
over the Hildebitch.

The longer it drags out, the better - unless/until she steps down, there is no way to get a replacement’s campaign rolling.

If that happens Bernie and his supporters will go nuts.

Sander’s point would be “Hey, I won a LOT of primaries; I’ve received millions of votes. Biden and Warren—not one vote. Unless I am the nominee I’m going third party!”

And then he and his voters split the progressive votes with the “new” democrat team.

Result: Trump win.

The democrats are in a real pickle, and Slow Joe and Lieawatha ain’t going to save them.
