I do not think that is what this is about. How do you identify someone who says that they “identify” as a different gender? Some leftist sites show 30 or more “genders”.
The only way this ends is with unisex bathrooms, where everyone can use any bathroom they wish, anytime.
That is the “change” being pushed. No sexual identity except “pan-sexual” (sex with anything and anybody anytime)
As a consequence of parents not making sure that their children are being taught about the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers as the Founding States had intended for those powers to be understood, a situation that has been going on for many generations, please consider the following.
Neither abc News, the school, or the father of the children involved in this situation were able to argue the following simple points about the administration’s politically correct INTRAstate restroom policy.
To begin with, the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect deals with voting rights as evidenced by the 19th Amendment. And since the administration’s policy clearly has nothing to do with voting rights, corrupt Congress has once again allowed the lawless Obama Administration administration to get away with interfering with 10th Amendment-protected state sovereignty as evidenced by the administration’s unconstitutional intrastate restroom policy.
Next, note that the feds and several states are also ignoring that the Founding States had prohibited both the feds and the states from establishing protected / privileged classes as evidenced by the following constitutional provisions.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
Article I, Section 10, Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility [emphases added].

When patriots elect Trump, they need to also elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that not only works within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump, but also puts a stop to unconstitutional federal interference with state sovereignty as evidenced by the Obama Administration's state sovereignty-ignoring policies.
Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices and judges.

The reality is that Paul Ryan has long been a supporter of ENDA (Employment Non Discrimination Act), the legislative vehicle for enshrining transgenderism into law and mandating adherence to its dogma on private businesses.

The first thing that had to be done was to sexualized the kids, which they’ve done through propaganda, media, sex education, etc. The next step is to make them gay, and then convince them that they can be any sex they want anytime they want. This is the depravity that moral relativism leads to.
I hope that this is the final straw that will destroy government education. It’s a massive failure and the worst thing that ever happened to the US. Privatize education at all levels, so parents can homeschool or choose what kind of private school they want for their children. Government schools and colleges are nothing more than propaganda mills for the leftists. When you see college professors teaching nonsense like “gender studies” or minority victimization classes, you know that colleges have little to do with real education.

I have this bad feeling that this transgender fiasco is just a diversion for something worse Obama has up his sleeve before he leaves office..
