Sorry about the delay, just checking older threads.
I really hope you aren’t serious. I’ve googled him and watched his video supporting the North American Union. He wrote the COIN strategy (Gen Mattis assisted-but would love to know how), and of course, established the bloody rules of engagement. He was recently reported to still be advising the head of the executive branch.
