So this happened:
Milo Yiannopoulos event at DePaul University had to be cut short Tuesday night after protesters stormed the stage, blew whistles, grabbed the microphone out of the interviewers hand, and threatened to punch Yiannopoulos in the face.
Watch the video clip here. More from the Breitbart story:
Yiannopoulos attempted to continue the event, but protesters refused to leave the stage and the group of security guards (which DePaul forced both the organisers and Breitbart to pay for) refused to intervene.

They should have hired some country and western bar bouncers for security.
Milo allowed a woman to hit him. I don’t know why he did that. He could have easily picked her up and deposited her off the stage but he did nothing. I’m disappointed because he’s a big guy in good shape. Next time, bring a bodyguard, Milo! Camille Paglia would have punched her!
A heterosexual man who is sensitive to stereotypical feminine interests and is very concerned with personal appearance, as in grooming and dressing stylishly.
He is gay, period, not a terterosexual.
But yes, both of us are surprised of these developments, as I am sure many more are as well.
terterosexual.? LOL, of course I meant meterolsexual.
I would demand a refund for services not provided and sue them if they refuse. I would also trash the "service" provider so that other potential customers know they will be paying for nothing.
How could any Catholic with a heart now give money to DePaul University?
if you know any young people thinking about going to college, admonish them to strike DePaul off of their consideration list.
Isn’t attacking a gay guy a hate crime and criminally homopgobic?
Since Milo does not follow the leftist orthodoxy, he is not really gay.
Much the same way conservative blacks are not really black.
To be part of the protected group, compliance with the leftist orthodoxy is mandatory.
I never said Milo should slug her. Quite the opposite - in viewing the video, I saw that the woman wasn’t that big and Milo, who is quite strong and vital, could have picked her up gently and deposited her off the stage.
Camille, on the other hand, was fired from Bennington for punching a student-feminist.
Milo actually looks somewhat frightened in the video which was a ‘tell’ to me. He needs to get a bodyguard.
Milo has been denied a refund. He’s all over Facebook today, lol, telling his story.
He'd be arrested for battery, though. Any unwanted touch is battery.
Bring on Camille. Defender of our beseiged Milosexuals!
Milo and Trump fight...
Yeah, and the purists - the so-called Constitutional conservatives - do nothing but talk, and then congratulate themselves on doing nothing but talking.
I agree he looked somewhat frightened, but the cause is unknown.
I know from personal experience, a person can be scared of a physical confrontation for reasons other than physical cowardice: fear of police arrest, fear of hurting someone else, fear of compromising personal ethics.
Regardless, Milo was entitled to some apprehension; these leftists have shown over and over that they are violent hypocrites.
The Hells Angels might be available. I hear they work cheap: all the beer they can drink.
Yep. Politics trumps everything. On our side as well.
