Reps. Joe Kennedy III (D-Mass.) and Bobby Scott (D-Va.) introduced the Do No Harm Act Wednesday, which would amend the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) to specify that religious exceptions should not apply to “protections against discrimination or the promotion of equal opportunity” and “access to, information about, referrals for, provision of, or coverage for, any health care item or service.”
The legislation is intended to “clarify that no one can seek religious exemption from laws guaranteeing fundamental civil and legal rights.”

Not only did lawless Obama’s state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices wrongly ignore that states have never deleagated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for INTRAstate healthcare purposes when they gave the green light to Obamacare, but consider the following.
Godless, low-information Democratic lawmakers are now trying to subvert 1st Amendment-protected religious freedoms by wrongly ignoring that the only civil rights that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect are the voting rights amendments evidenced by the 15th, 19th, and 26th Amendments, these amendments expressly giving the feds the specific power to strengthen these rights.
In other words, the states have never constitutionally delegated to the corrupt feds the specific power to legislatively strengthen civil rights outside the scope of voting issues.

The reason that many federal civil rights laws exist today is because corrupt lawmakers “promise” such laws to get elected, low-information voters not understanding that the states have never given the feds the constitutional authority to make such laws imo.

When patriots elect Trump, they also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for America, but will also put a stop to unconstitutional federal government interference in state affairs.
Such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
I don't think that is it. They want all Christians out of the mainstream of society. That includes doctors, business leaders, teachers, ect. They want them gone.
