You cannot expect cultures to accept multitudes of foreigners into their lands without consequences. The elites know this, that’s why they continue to do it.

The desired end result is death of the dominant culture. In Western Europe, this will likely happen. UK, France, Germany, etc. will be gone. What comes after this, I’m not sure.

The words themselves seem to be an appellation contrived by Leftists to achieve their political purposes.
People who happen to be White are presumed to be Racists and can only absolve themselves of this original sin against Leftism by declaring solidarity with more government programs to punish White-Privilege.
The writer makes some good points but blows it when he asserts that “White people do not face the same kinds of systemic discrimination that people of color do.” What alternate universe does he inhabit?! Whites are not only dumped on by the mass media ( as he notes), but openly discriminated against in employment, promotions, college admissions and hiring, and in an increasing number of high- profile judicial proceedings ( with Obama leading the way with an openly racist doj). And there’s more. ( it appears to have also escaped the writer’s ostrich-like non- attention that believing Christians and Jews are also ridiculed and attacked and discriminated against under the Obama regime— and there’a a lot of overlap between “whites” and these faith communities— further exacerbating or doubling in effect the discrimination inflicted on the correlated “whites”). finally, not only is much of this growing racist discrimination institutionalized in our “affirmative action” legal system, but in many or most instances whites get little or no help from anti- discrimination agencies of government like Eeoc or the various fair housing bureaus, etc.

True. To the Left, any attempt to humanize Whites or represent the interests of people who happen to be White, would be regarded as ‘White Nationalism’.
