It is not considered polite to mention it, but Obama observers have ignored a great deal of evidence that the president of the United States was abused at approximately age ten and afterwards, in a way that would be criminal under American and European law. This whole topic should be out of bounds for political debate, but now the grown up Barack Obama has issued an edict to American school systems, which are responsible for the welfare of millions of children in this country. It is legally unprecedented that the president would direct whether schoolchildren should able to enter bathrooms reserved for a different gender. It is Obama himself who has now pushed what Freud called psychosexual development onto the political stage, where it does not belong.

The clues and answer can be seen today through gospel eyes.
Some people jump right to apocalypses, but Christendom has not really even been tried to the point of “shedding blood for the sake of fighting sin” lately in America. There is more to come before apocalypses do, in my humble reading. There are chances and choices that can be capitalized upon with heavenly capital, or muffed with worldly thinking. There won’t be any perfect victory played out on the mortal coil but neither should we desire it. We should rather desire, while here, to keep on moving heavenward.
Such littleness of concern is, IMHO, possible because the people of America (both rulers and ruled) have allowed themselves to be made little.
FWIW it isn’t viewed by its proponents as a mendacity (that would presuppose an authoritative Creator) but as a self invention.
We need to start from square one again in preaching the awareness of God. Perhaps even for decades, even Christendom has been preaching selective distortions, the kinds of fantastical, impossible things that one might think on the way to drifting off to sleep. I didn’t “make a list” - the Catholic Church has been using that terminology for centuries. A clear focus on those 4 things is necessary for our understanding of reality.
This is where liberalism is in the US right now.

You carried on a list — which began with equally erroneous thought. Just because the church has been in bed with Caesar for 1700 years doesn’t mean the Lord ever wanted it to wield the command of Caesar.

It all has to occur under the command of Heaven. To aspire to any less is to aspire to failure.
I don’t think this is the case. Liberals are reflexively preferential to the underdog, the more rare and exotic, the more protected / privileged.
Mentally ill sexually confused meets all of those criteria - and transgenderism taps into the feminist belief that there is no difference between men and women, as if a man putting on a dress and saying he’s a woman proves the differences are minimal, or a man having massive surgery and doses of hormones proves the differences are minimal.
The best you can say is potentially, which self centered church organizations often cannot resist the temptation to capitalize upon to their own glorification.
And yes the bible says do what is necessary to make the gospel attractive.
You Catholics might have a better witness to exclusive take had you not separated from the Orthodox (who carry exactly the same claim) well before Martin Luther and the other Reformers were born.
