The website seems to be defunct and unable to receive donations. Maybe this convention is how they are spending the donations that they already acquired.

Indeed. Her endorsement of the “innocent Trayvon” myth, fits Hillary exactly. A big liar going along with a huge lie to pander to black voters, which are already in her pocket anyway.
She does get that $1500 per ticket in her pocket though.
What did the foundation do?
