I’ll try to link but not conflate two of the goo-goos favorite issues. Like evil black guns and hand guns, “efforts to combat climate change” don’t apply to guys like Leo and algore.
But they expect the rest of us to give up a little more—no, a lot more over time, incrementally, little bites: the way they try and chip away at the 2nd Amend., not necessarily so others can have more, but so that others can feel better about themselves, while keeping their own guns and Gulfstream jets, as well as their own jobs and cheap help.
Class envy? No. Just pointing out the hypocrisy of those who are surrounded by armed men and and burning hundreds of gallons of aviation fuel to attend conferences on fighting global warming they claim is caused by burning `fossil fuels’.
We could all warm ourselves in the winter if we could somehow harness the smug sense of self-satisfaction generated by energy-glutton `Elmer Gantry’s’ like Decaprio and Manbearpig.
