I wonder if this really happened. The customer didn’t have to explain herself in any way. However, there are folks that dumb, especially today, with Facebook. Some folks have forgotten the virtue of diplomacy. You don’t need to voice aloud every thought in your head.

So what are the authorities going to do - force the non-purchaser to return to the shop and compel him to purchase the cake, under threat of heavy fines for non-compliance?

Probably! I never go to muslim doctors, though. Never. If I go to an Indian doctor I check that the name is not muzzie.

In our town a few years ago some muslim lady claimed somebody left a post-it on her car.
In rough block letters, looked like a 10 year old wrote it, it had something like “All muzlims no good - leaf”
And below it in beautiful flowing arabic script was the translation - also supposedly written by the person leaving the note!

I had a Jewish friend who’d fought in WWII who refused to buy a Mercedes, even as his other Jewish friends were buying them up left and right. He just stuck w/good ole Cadillacs, made in the USA.
