Across America, local and state officials are pushing back very strongly against the Obama administration’s decree concerning transgender use of school bathrooms and locker rooms.
Pennsylvania lawmakers are the latest to criticize the Obama proclamation, which orders that schools “may not require transgender students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so.”
Nearly 100 legislators in the state expressed their outrage in a letter to the president asking him to rescind the order immediately.
The Pennsylvania letter became widely disseminated on Wednesday. At roughly the same time, officials in Mississippi indicated that the Magnolia State will not follow the guidance issued by the Obama administration.
Carey Wright, superintendent of Mississippi’s Department of Education, said her office will take no action until the department’s nine members discuss the issue, according to local ABC affiliate WAPT.
Last week, a Texas school district superintendent also blasted Obama’s directive.

All that these protesting states have to do in this instance is forego federal money. Let's see if they have the courage to do even that. I doubt it. State and local officials, regardless of their professed ideological or political stripe, are addicted to the federal teat.

We have reached the point of irreconcilable differences with a bunch of agenda driven hard core activists who are hell bent on ramming their extreme and radical agenda through, despite the fact that it is insane and has no support with the American people. They have no desire to compromise or moderate.
In fact, this transgender battle is just the next step in pushing a wider agenda of which the next step is legalizing and mainstreaming pedophilia, especially molestation of pre teen boys by homosexual predators.
We are faced with the insanity of a store Security Guard being arrested for trying to evict a man claiming to self identify as woman from a woman's rest room and changing room.
The next step will have parents being arrested when they try to block some perverted old man from picking their 10 year old son up to go have sex with him after stalking him on Facebook.
Obama is setting things up this is all about him losing in the courts when he try’s to ban funding to schools that push back against the government taking funding away because they wont gender identification to trunp physical reality. this is going to the court system where the court will rule you cant take funding away. then two years from now this court case will be sited as the reason trump cantr cut funding to sanctuary cities.
Those that want to continue sucking the federal teat are welcome to head to parts North. If you are referring to Social Security? Then the states can take that over. It would be better run anyway or privatized.

How about declaring point blank that this directive is null and void within the boundaries of the Commonwealth.
