We learned this week that Hizzonor Bill de Blasio has yet another plan to entrench the city in “transgender” warfare and make sure that business owners are made to toe the line on political correctness.
Under this latest scheme, any business which greets someone using a pronoun not matching the gender (or lack thereof) the customer “identifies” as could face a stiff fine in court.

Avoiding pronouns will surely be added as an actionable offence once it becomes evident that it is becoming widespread.
Noting that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect LGBT issues, what the constitutionally low-information mayor is unthinkingly wanting to do with respect forcing the LGBT agenda on NYC business owners would not only effectively violate the Founding States' prohibition on the states establishing protected / privileged classes, but he would also be violating Section 1 of the !4th Amendment where 1st Amendment-protected religious expression and free speech is concerned imo.
