Yep, that is what Fox reports, but Decision Desk HQ is reporting her ahead by 1,126 with 99.7 in. I don’t think all of these sources are necessarily using the same data base. The State site has her up by 1880 with 99% in.
Diebold seems to work for both sides. When in need nothing like a little voter fraud.....

That anyone votes for either of these complete idiots is a bit unsettling.
Pike County came in and slashed Hillary’s lead in half. She’s ahead at the moment with 1800 votes.
