Hillary Clinton Holds Slim National Lead Over Donald Trump: Poll
www.nbcnews.com ^ | 5/17/16 | HANNAH HARTIG, JOHN LAPINSKI and STEPHANIE PSYLLOS

Over the past couple of weeks, Donald Trump has become the presumptive Republican nominee and Hillary Clinton has continued to inch closer to the magic number of delegates she needs to lock up the Democratic contest. Clinton continues to lead Bernie Sanders in our national tracking poll (she is up by 14 points in this week's results).

Attention is now rapidly moving to the hypothetical match-up between the leading candidates with an emphasis on a Clinton and Trump contest. In this week's poll, Americans are nearly split between their choice of Trump or Clinton; her margin over Trump narrows from 5 points last week to 3 points this week to 48 percent to 45 percent.

I agree with you. I think the same group of white working class, blue collar voters who helped Reagan in 1980 are in full rage again this year, and understandably so, against the Democrats. They will be voting in huge numbers for Trump and this election won’t be close.

And this poll isn’t an outlier. It’s consistent with similar polls last week.

Yes, the story here isn't the 3 point gap or the exact level of support for each candidate. Those numbers don't matter a whole lot this far out.

What does matter is that Hillary's margins, both nationally and in key states, appears to be evaporating. And rapidly.

I wish Trump were on the trail more. While Hillary is still locked in battle with Bernie, it would be a great time for him to do some speeches on policy and to begin to campaign in key states, defining her before she can get fully off the ground.

The story tonight will be the D primaries. Trump needs to make some positive noise.

Boobamba is pulling out all the stops to import votes for Democrats: Cubans swarming in, Sub-Sahara Africans pouring in, and those so-called Syrian "refugees" being placed in conservative states.

Voter fraud at every level is being employed.

<><> Obama and Congressional Democrats----with a huge assist from then-AG Eric Holder----gaven NeighborWorks America (formerly ACORN) and La Raza a huge funding source of tax dollars (to achieve Obama's dream of a permanent Democrat majority?).

<><> Obama/Holder/Dems extorted banks via DOJ litigation/bank settlements----into paying off these nefarious organizations.

DOJ went after CitiCorp and ordered them to pay $50 million to La Raza and NeighborWorks America as part of the settlement.

Another clause in the agreement makes it possible for La Raza and NeighborWorks America to rake in even larger amounts of money.

Of the remaining money the banks needed to pay in settlements, the banks were able to contribute additional money to La Raza and NeighborWorks America. For every dollar they contribute, it reduces their debt to the government by 2 dollars. That’s some mighty powerful incentive to give generously.

==================================================

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling have questioned why this money was sent to the ACORN clone and the blood-thirsty LaRaza----rather than to the alleged victims of the bank’s crime. The administration of course declined to answer.

Here's part of the Congressmen's letter to Holder: “It seems that the alleged victims are not the primary beneficiaries of these multi-billion dollar settlements. Instead, the terms in the Justice Department’s two latest settlements look less like consumer relief and more like a scheme to funnel money to politically favored special interest groups.”

“This makes donations to activist groups far more attractive to banks than providing direct relief to injured consumers. As a result, the settlements appear to serve as a vehicle for funding activist groups rather than as a means of securing relief for consumers actually harmed.”

=====================================

So now, with tons of money to fix the presidential election, the largest and most successful voter fraud campaign may alter the course of the elections not to mention the future of the United States.

NO WONDER HILLARY KEEPS SMILING.

AND THIS---Obama bullied bank to pay racial settlement without proof: report
NY Post ^ | 2/7/2016 | Paul Sperry / FR Posted by DCdude

Newly uncovered internal memos reveal the Obama administration knowingly exaggerated charges of racial discrimination in probes of Ally Bank and other defendants in the $900 billion car-lending business as part of a racial justice campaign that's looking more like a massive government extortion and shakedown operation

Obama's Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has reached more than $220 million in settlements with several auto lenders since the agency launched its anti- discrimination crusade against the industry in 2013. Several other banks are under active investigation. That's despite the fact that the CFPB had no actual complaints of racial discrimination--- it was all just based on half-baked statistics.

A 23-page internal report detailing CFPB's strategy for going after lenders shows why these companies are forking over millions of dollars in restitution and fines to the government despite denying any wrongdoing.

CFPB applied the screws to Ally, saying it had statistical evidence showing its participating dealers were œmarking up loan prices for blacks and Hispanics vs. whites (by an average of $3 a month). Ally fought back, insisting non-discriminatory factors, such as credit history, down payments, trade-ins, promotions and rate- shopping, explained differences in loan pricing. After conducting a preliminary regression analysis, the bank found these factors alone accounted for at least 70 percent of the “racial disparities” the government was claiming.

CFPB admits in the memo that it never considered these or other legitimate business aspects of the car deals it investigated

Also in its initial rebuttal, Ally complained CFPB's entire case was based on disparate impact statistics, not actual complaints by consumers, and that those estimates relied on guesswork about the race of the borrowers. (The auto industry does not report borrower race, so CFPB tried to ID race by last name and ZIP code, a so-called proxy method that is wildly inaccurate.)

Folks, it hasn't really even started yet.

She's crash soon enough, worse than her C-12 Huron crash that may have led to her flu, which may have led to two hospitalizations, which many have led to brain surgery, and may be related to the death of Commander Job Price.

She will need her helmet soon in dealing with The Donald.

Everybody keeps wondering if the crooked Hillary will be indicted. FReeper Arthurus made a particularly good point: the DNC PTB are counting on Hillary being able to pull her chestnuts out of the fire......but she keeps tanking.

“So if Trump is set to win so overwhelmingly that the voter fraud Boobamba and Val have in the works would be patently obvious to the voting population, then Hillary will have to go......and will probably be indicted.

NBC, especially when coupled with the WSJ, have ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO LESSTHANZERO
polling credibility. They underrepresented Trump by10, 20, even 25 points once. I never want to see another poll out of this propaganda sewer.

This is pure NBC propaganda. It is a poll of some 14,000 ADULTS - the most inaccurate metric they can use. Of the “adults”, only 12K even admit to being registered to vote. Were they even citizens?

Even in this garbage poll, her entitledness only leads by 3.

My instinct tells me what some of you already feel - Trump blowout coming.

The demographic-based analyses below are from the latest data from the NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll conducted online from May 9 through May 15 among 14,100 adults, including 12,507 who say they are registered to vote.

Please note this poll is not just registered voters but registered and unregistered voters. When you poll likely voters it always tilts several percentage points toward the Republican Party as compared to this type of poll. In reality if this is an accurate poll it is devastating for Hillary Clinton.

The real question is if Obama takes out Hillary Clinton via the Justice Department does she have enough dirt on Obama to take him out via legal actions against him for crimes he has committed and might be prosecuted for after Trump is president. If Obama can skate, he will kill Hillary's run for the Presidency.

"Joe Biden, please pick up the courtesy phone. The DNC would like to talk to you about being President."

I have yet to see a poll where Crooked Hillary was ahead with independents. That is a huge advantage for Trump when Hillary is only polling 30 some percent of independents. One thing about this poll which made no sense at all to me was the fact that Crooked Hillary has a lead with college grads yet those whose family incomes are above 50K go for Trump. I suppose they’re all English majors!

"Slim" is no longer an 'approved' term when used in conjunction with any article mentioning Hillary Clinton.

The only caveat is that the Dems are still running contested primaries where our side is more or less unified behind Trump, aside from the dead-enders.

When Bernie finally throws in the towel, she’ll get a poll bounce as some of his supporters admit they’ll vote for her after all.

Rainy, dreary weather expected here all day today in Kentucky for the primary elections. Possible thunderstorms with highs of no more than 60 degrees. That will edge the voter turnout lower, but I do expect that Bernie Sanders will beat Hillary in KY today.

Forgetting her excessive weight problem, which is serious & unhealthy,....Hillary Clinton has “other” serious health problems. She has unbelievable “bags” under her eyes, she coughs without stopping, her voice is never right, and she gets seriously winded, when she has to climb three stairs to get on a rally stage. I suspect she also has elevated blood pressure.

My problem is, that she and her husband Bill Clinton have millions of dollars and, can afford the best medical in the entire world....but , she persists with her health problms, which leads to me to believe, she is either a fool or, has some serious, uncurable ailment!!!

If it were the other way around, it would be called a statistical tie based on the margin of error.

But-but-but wasn’t the lead a LOT more just a few weeks ago?

America is getting its consciousness (and its conscience) raised. Herself is just a whole lot less likable than The Donald, who shows mucht more humility from time to time.

If Herself ever showed humility (which is not going to happen), she would consider it a sign of weakness.

Not that weaknesses are just happening to pop out all over the place already.
