I don't trust CNN to be "unbiased" but I am looking forward to seeing the content tonight.

When I was in law school, my roommate worked at the Village Pantry at Michigan & Tibbs; those familiar with Indianapolis know the neighborhood. It’s not good. But it was a few doors down from the Outlaws clubhouse. He liked having the bikers in the store; it was security IPD didn’t provide. They took care of the staff and protected them from other “local elements” who rightfully feared them.
The biker women, well, they weren’t so nice.
And the entire sordid affair goes into the memory hole.
It’s almost like the gummit doesn’t like the competition, shades of skepticism at the militia.

The idea of babysitting in this manner for the Feds should be anathema.
But now they’re friends, go figure.
There are no sympathetic groups in this issue.

Thanks for input. I’ve been following this mess from the beginning. I know that the Banditos contains some real criminal elements, but this has been a total Fed Directed screwup since beginning.
Imagine, no trials at all after 1 year of investigation.
Most of those indicted were charged with “criminal conspiracy”. With no individual probable cause.
This is a pilot program by the Fed Gov in mass group arrests under very vague charges. This is not the only such action being taken.

The bikers did not initiate the attack, the LEO initiated the attack on the bikers.

When I was in my early 20s, my job was to go out to the not so savory neighborhoods and had death threats. A girl, by myself, in a dress skirt and heels. Before cell phones to call for help. At morning, noon, or the middle of the night. My supervisor thought I was crazy for stopping in at outlaw type joints to eat. He say, “There’s blood and hair on the pool cues!” But, where I had to go, there wasn’t much to chose from and those places were the safest places around. Now, older and wiser, I would never do that job again but I would and do trust bikers over most other folks.
No, the feds got this one going.

BS, even biker witnesses at the scene have stated that bikers started both the fight and the shooting.
Wrong, the bikers started the fighting and the shooting.
I’ve read that there was at least 3 who were informants or undercover agents within the biker groups at Twin Peaks that day.
Early rumors said one of them was “outed” and that is what triggered the incident. He was trying to get out of the building as he was being exposed.
