Great to hear form you Art! I'll take Newt at 72 any day over 99% of the other politicos that I know!

Some say 70 is the new 50(I hope they are right)!

I have to hire people from time to time. What I find is that those under 50 are less reliable, have a poor work ethic and usually don't last that long.

Completely agree rod! Newt would be a strong VP or CoS. Newt’s knowledge of the Congress and sheer intelligence would be a great asset to Trump. I know some have concerns with Newt being a little flaky at times, but Trump would keep him focused and in line...we can count on that!

30 years ago our next door neighbor in OKC told me he hired engineers around the age of 50 for Wilson Foods. He explained that he would have the new hire for 10-20 years, he did not have to retrain him to stop poor job performance with no experience, the individual would not need as many raises and he didn’t have to worry about the competition luring him away,

It sounds to me like little has changed and may be worse today for many companies.
