Not really. The way most of these are worded is you can use whatever bathroom you want to, depending on how you identify yourself.
Just think how many young men are going to identify as female just so they can go into the girls bathroom.

Just as some jurisdictions have alcohol laws, maybe some enterprising private individuals could come up with a way of leasing out private bathrooms that may be had (for a membership) but still sex-segregated.
Call them “bathroom clubs.”
