The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping decree telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity, the New York Times reported on Thursday.
The letter to school districts that will go out on Friday describing what they should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against is signed by officials of the Justice Department and Education Department, according to the Times.

How is this even Constitutional?? Obama is in his final bunker phase - shooting off crazy, ideological orders before the end he sees coming. If he uses the Dept. of Education to push this, this is all the ammunition needed to shut the DOE down for good.
The guys should use the girls facilities and go ON the seats.

I wonder if he thinks it’s ok for his kids to use a bathroom with a transgendered person. Oh, that’s right, they’ve been doing it already.

Parents should set this dictator straight on who will decide things like this for their kids. Go to school with the kids and see how far obamma gets with this.. defy the dictator.. pray at graduation, and let him know he does not have control over the kids.. it’s too ridiculous to even consider this in our schools. he is trying to see how far he can go and the kids are fair game to him.
