A federal judge has ruled the federal government has been inappropriately paying out Obamacare subsidies, which House Republicans sued over. The lawsuit argues the Obama administration is spending money that was never allocated by Congress.
Does this ruling effect the various state exchanges, or only the federal one?

Who knows what it effects? The legislation is incomprehensible.
Clinton was impeached. Didn’t hurt him at all.
Impeachment is just the step to trial & removal in the Senate.

Remember ‘back in the day’ when Judicial Watch (under Klayman) promised much and delivered very little? JW was almost a joke. The reason JW is doing such stellar work the last couple of years is that Klayman left - the new head of JW is Tom Fitton who has turned JW around. Big time.
The whole scheme was economically, morally, and realistically unfeasible from the beginning. Why this nonsense ever got established just boggles my mind.
How about if the Congress simply didn’t allow this to see the light of day in the first place?

Obamacare is NOT in trouble. Of course its a total disaster - but that’s besides the point. It has the full power the Federal Government and its massive debt-inducing and regulatory power behind it. The government will pay more - and so will you, but Obamacare isn’t “collapsing.”
As for a supposedly political solution - I fully expect neutered Republicans not to touch it.

Good! I hope everybody who profited off trashing our healthcare system for the people who can’t afford it anymore but still have to pay for it lose DOUBLE what they invested.

Spending money Congress didn't allocate doesn't raise to this level:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors.
Granted, I'd love to see Obama in an orange jumpsuit as badly as the next guy...
