PEARLAND (KTRK) -- The owner of a Pearland business is under fire after a photo showing him butchering a hog in the alley behind his restaurant surfaced on social media.
Jimmy Chi, the owner of Tose Steak and Sushi, says the wild hog was given to him by a friend.
"It was a wild hog my friend gave me. They went on a hunting trip that I promised them I was going to go on and I didn't. So they shot a couple hogs and gave me one," Chi said.
A customer took the photo and posted it to his personal Facebook page. The picture has been shared more than 4,500 times.

Or,We no see cat of yours.
We butchered deer in the back room of a BBQ restaurant in the Midwest every deer season; in the off season we butchered goat, etc..
The diners should have seen the bone barrels in back, they were full all the time in the fall, it looked like a massacre.
My so we're all walking along one of the cute little paths, and we pass a couple of ducks that are walking on the path with us. My MIL says something in Chinese, and my wife says something back.
I ask her "what did your mom say?" and the answer was "she asked 'why are all these ducks walking around?'"
I can not see why this is necessary - (kill the hog)
Are they so dumb they don’t know all you have to do is go to the store and all kinds of meat are on the shelf.
No need to kill a hog, just go to the grocery store.
‘Ferrinners’.
wait, what? Is that where meat comes from? /s
What exactly was the complaint? Was he using an improper butchering technique?
When I did a stint as a military advisor in Korea I went on a walking tour of Chinhae with my interpreter. We walked by a pet store and I commented on how many dogs and cats there were at the pet store. He laughed and said “pet store” that’s a good one. I immediately understood what he meant.
What is wrong with people.
Everybody knows it makes a real big mess if you do it in the kitchen.
ok.. what is George saying? haha.. I can’t figure it out..
Is there any rabbits raised for food in Korea? Seems it would be a faster production.
If something ever moved on it’s own at one point it’s on the menu.
A pilot friend once told me he was in China for the first time at a restaurant, and saw the dogs in cages. He commented to fellow pilot he should buy the dogs and turn them loose. Pilot friend just laughed.
This is interesting. This restaurant isn’t too far from my house and my cat didn’t come home tonight.

I spent two years in Baxley, Georgia. One day I bought 3 pounds of really pretty bacon. It smelled nice too.
When I began to cook it there was an off smell. Not just awful but something you definitely don’t expect.
I took it back to the supermarket and he sheepishly told me that a guy had slipped some wild boar in on him. He said it was beautiful meat and smelled fine. Just when you started cooking did the weird odor catch you.
That’s allegedly Jason Alexander’s favorite Seinfeld line, as it sums up Geo Costanza in 3 words..
He gets called into the boss’ office and is accused of having sex with a cleaning lady on a desk. He asks “was that wrong”?
search ‘was that wrong’ on YT.
