I remembered when it happened, my first thought was “Oh no, I hope they didn’t destroy The Czech Stop, where I always get my Kolaches.”

With the extent of the destruction, it must have been difficult to make the intentional fire determination. Understandable that it took a long time but “years”?? Plus if there is no idea who did it, that’s also odd. I still feel for the towns people. So many of the best citizens dead.

It’s a presidential election year. The Brass at ATF want’s to be keeping their job so they pull a rabbit out their butt.

I heard an interview this afternoon that they spent 2 million dollars in the investigation even rebuilding parts of the plant to understand how this happened...or to eliminate scenarios to rule out an accident...

Nothing but a criminal act could account for the explosion....

My gut tells me the length and cost of the investigation was driven by the insurance company trying to limit damage payouts since if it was an accident verses a criminal act....the damages paid would be substantially higher...

All accidents are preventable, criminal acts aren’t...

When they want to hurry (tranny bathrooms, gay cakes, Trayvon, Michael Brown etc), they can.

drugs are harmless, victimless....if sold legally they would certainly not cause crime and certainly the tax benefits would be astronomical, and it would put so many people back to work..../sarcasm/

otoh, people would die...

It was a town named West, not somewhere in west Texas.

Which explains why most Texans refer to the town as West comma Texas.
