Can’t ask for more than that. Just keep this in mind - whatever you think of Trump - you must admit that he really, really, REALLY does NOT like to lose. Whether he’s successful in building the wall, etc. remains to be seen, but I’m 100% convinced he’s going to give it his all.
He supported Governor Jan Brewer during th SB1070 fight with Obama.
Regardless, Rush may have supported her then, but I doubt he would today. The political landscape and Rush have changed substantially since 2010.

Back quite a few mos ago, long before Trump’s success was anything close to a done deal, Cruz supporters posted a certain link over and over and over and over. The title of the link was ‘The Video that will Destroy Donald Trump.’
I finally clicked on it. Turns out it was EXACTLY what Rush is playing today: the video of Trump praising the Clintons.

I was a 10-11yr old volunteer (BSA community service) for Nixon-Lodge in 1959-60, and I remember the N-L HQ in the IL town where I was, saying Nixon was going to kill JFK. They ate a lot of crow afterward.

When he deviates off politics and goes to his dog or his latest flight to parts unknown I love it. He’s not all wonky.
Ive listened to him long enough to know he’s mellowed out quite a bit too.
I loved when he’s being played in from a commercial and he’s already yelling at his producer to “turn that music off!! Turn if off!” His melt downs are classic!

Rush used to blow off the border issues, acted as though there was nothing we could do except put up with all of it.

Exactly what is Cruz's record? Voting for TPA? Increase in H1Bs by 500%? Cozying up with Graham and Romney and Goldman Sachs? He has only been in the senate for a few years and the last few months, he has been absent. The only record Cruz has is what he says he says he is going to do. In other words, a lot of talk. The only action that he has taken to advance conservatism is shutting down the government over health care. Since he was so despised by his colleagues, that quickly ended with him being disliked even more.
He has a near 100% conservative record. Don’t take my word, look it up for yourself. Besides, you would probably call me a liar.
Trump was asked about that statement this Sunday. He replied that he said it as a businessman, not as a politician, and at that time, due to his company, he was not going to pick a fight with a politician.
It is called flattery.
