State Department says it can't find emails from Clinton IT specialist
Fox News ^ | May 10, 2016

The State Department told the Republican National Committee that it could not find any emails to or from Hillary Clinton's former IT specialist, who managed her private email server before going on to work for the agency, according to a court filing made public Monday.

The government's revelation in U.S. District Court in Washington came in answer to a lawsuit by the Republican National Committee. The RNC had sued over its public records request for all work-related emails sent to or received by Clinton's former aide, Bryan Pagliano, between 2009 and 2013, the years of Clinton's tenure as America's top diplomat. The lawsuit also pressed for other State Department records from the Clinton era.

Perhaps the FBI should contact a private contractor to “hack” the DoS files ... for a small fee taken from a secret slush fund.

why do I think that those E-mails bring up all the issues that Hillary claims to be unaware as being problems.....it is the smoking gun.

Ask Guccifer to find them. He is here now, isn’t he? Let’s put him to work.

“Suppose I was looking for a man to make a 2,200-yard cold-bore shot.

Who’s alive that could do that?

Seems I heard about a shot like that being made not too long ago.

Said the guy’s name was Bob Lee Swagger.

Never met the man, so I wouldn’t know him.

Yeah, they said that, all right.

They also said that artificial sweeteners were safe,

and WMDs were in Iraq,

and Anna Nicole married for love!

Would’ve been a bad job to take, though.

How come?

Whoever took that shot’s probably dead now.

That’s how a conspiracy works.

Them boys on the grassy knoll, they were dead within three hours.

Buried in the damn desert.
Unmarked graves out past Terlingua.

And you know this for a fact?

Still got the shovel.”

The State Dept. needs dismantling from top to bottom and this need stems from 60 tears of traitorous behavior. Can’t find emails, 6 billion dollars, treaties with enemy rogue nations, you name it.

If the Russian have the emails and release them then it does not matter which ones they have if they release them publicly. At that point PIAPS is dead meat.

What they really need is to have all the intel agencies deny them any custody of classified material. “Yeah, if you want to see that, you need to come over here to Langley. There are new procedures in effect for the SCIF. Those coat hooks at the door are for all your clothes.”

A good IT engineer knows how to cover his/her tracks. This guy knew what he was doing. Or, he’s complicit in evidence tampering/obstruction.

EXCERPT---What Pagliano Likely Knows / Bryan Pagliano can shed light on several issues:

<><> Pagliano’s dual role as 1) a tax-paid US government employee, and, 2) Hillary's personal employee, opens a whole new arena for investigation, similar the ongoing scrutiny of Hillary aide, Huma Abedin (Huma worked simultaneously for 1) the State Department, 2) the Clinton Foundation, 3) Hillary herself, and, Teneo---a private company closely tied to both Clintons. She also billed herself as a "private consultant."

<><> What was Pagliano’s day-to-day State Dept job? What did he actually do, not just his job description, but actual work accomplishments? Is there a paper trail showing he did any actual work at all, or was the State “job” just a make-work position to get him on the tax-paid payroll in return for his services to Clintons?

<><> Pagliano listed himself on LinkedIn as a political-appointee saying he “Serves as strategic advisor and special projects manager to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) overseeing the operations of the Information Resource Management (IRM) bureau.”

<><> Pagliano beingemployed at such a high level inside State’s IT structure assures that State’s most senior info officers knew about Clinton’s email setup, and apparently did not, or were not, able to stop it. Unless Brian never told his supervisor about his "other" job.

<><> What was going on inside the State Department vis-a-vis Hillary's email server? Who knew about it? When did they know? Was it ever vetted/approved, and if so, by whom?

<><> Were objections raised by security personnel and how were those objections dealt with? Who is on the complete list of people who had email addresses on the server?

<><> What discussions took place inside State regarding the presence of classified information on the server? Were objections ever raised from outside State, say from the White House or the intel community?

<><> Pagliano can also speak to 1) what security measures if any were in place on Clinton’s server, and, 2) when they were instituted.

<><> Tech-savvy Pagliano had visibility into Hillary's server logs, showing any attacks or penetrations into the server.

<><> Pagliano, as a State Department employee under Hillary, had access to the State Department computer systems.

<><> Pagliano currently works as a computer contractor for State, and still has access to State Department computer systems. Has he ever been asked by Clinton to use his positions to gain information she would ordinarily not have access to, or to which she did not want her name attached?

<><> Pagliano may have knowledge of where any backups of the server are, shedding light on what emails were deleted by Clinton before her “full disclosure” of what was in fact a highly curated batch of documents.

CONCLUSIONS There is a lot to learn from Bryan Pagliano. His testimony could be like when the Feds turn a Mafia accountant, a low-level guy with access to the family jewels.

========================================

BONUS: WRT the State Department’s Chief Information Officer, who should have stopped the Clinton email server? Well, well, she retired from State a few months before Hillary left, into a nice job at the IMF. It pays to be a winner!
