LEVIN: TRUMP THE GLOBALIST (Mega Hurl Alert)
Conservative Review ^ | May 07, 2016 | Mark R Levin

Posted on 05/07/2016 5:55:33 PM PDT by stratboy

One of the major planks in Donald Trump’s campaign platform, if not the top priority, has been a stalwart insistence that voluntary commerce and trade with other countries weakens America’s economy and costs American jobs. Moreover, he insists that he knows best how to manage it all in the best interests of America. Indeed, Trump has not only proposed slapping a 45 percent tariff on all goods made in China, and massive tariffs on other countries like Japan and Mexico, but he repeatedly declares that he will personally impose punitive taxes on Ford Motor Company if it follows through with plans to build a manufacturing plant in Mexico. He has also threatened punitive penalties against Apple Inc. if it continues making iPhones in China. It would seem, like Barack Obama, Trump has his own autocratic pen and phone. - See more at: https://www.conservativereview.com/commentary/2016/05/trump-the-globalist#sthash.ATV8Bnw9.dpuf

Obamatrade hasn’t been voted on, yet. But Cruz is a globalist for saying nothing about it. Go figure.

You have your facts wrong. Ted Cruz dishonestly enabled Obamatrade by campaigning for TPA. He claims he always opposed Obamatrade yet campaigned to fast track it knowing full well that ZERO fast tracked “trade” bills have ever been voted down. Those two actions on TPA and Obamatrade don’t square. Ted Cruz is a liar and a bought and paid for globalist.

Well, you do know the difference between TPA and TPP, I’ll grant you that. And now Pres. Trump will have TPA. Win - win.

Good evening. I hope you are doing well.

Ya know, if Trump- becomes president, you and Beck won't get any interviews, scoops or exclusives.

Take care. Trump is a formidable opponent..

I suspect a lot of this stems from differences over foreign policy. Levin says over and over again that deposing Saddam was a great move and that the world is far and away better off as a result of the invasion. Trump thinks that position is absurd and thinks it is obvious that toppling Saddam empowered Iran and led to the Sunni reaction in the form of ISIS. It is only one issue but for some reason anger over foreign policy seems to behind a lot of the Neocons’ anger towards Trump. I guess “conservatives” who favor spreading democracy at the point of a bayonet will back Hillary, whose foreign policy would differ very little from that of Obama, Slick Willie or the Bushes.

Wow, I didn't realize Levin was charging for access to the TV stuff. How much, anyway? If you're launching a venture like that I'm thinking it should be free for at least a few months or so to build an audience.

In response to your question, I decided to look it up to get the exact number lest I misquote from memory (I had read an article in the past that made it sound a lot worse, but I might have been reading some number that bundles crap he hocks), but realized I have provided misinformation. The show is free if you catch it at 9pm est. Otherwise, you pay 7.99 a month to get full access to Levin's episodes. Presumably, if you pay 7.99 a month, you also don't have to watch commercials during the live-show at 9pm.

No, I can't see a normal person liking Levin enough to actually pay it, or to catch his show every night after already listening to him on his radio show. But it is not as bad as I remembered.

Got bit by the Cruz bug, succumbed big time.

The disease robs the mind of reason, leaves people raving lunatics talking in tongues and generally making unintelligible strings of words in the hopes of creating a thought.

Alas, was a person to look up to.

That’s still pretty bad for a start-up. If you’re subscribing, you want to think you’re getting WAY more than that. Is that internet TV and the daily radio also?

It might work for current fans (those that are left), but not giving a free grace period for new listeners and viewers to tune in and get hooked is, in my ever-humble opinion, a big mistake.

Why are you lying about what an Article V convention is?

An Article V convention proposes amendments to the Constitution. Any amendments proposed must be ratified by 38 states. An Article V convention doesn’t “open up” the Constitution any more than proposing amendments has in the past.

The best option would have been to have everything be free, but simply supported through ad revenue, and maybe offering extra content/benefits if you subscribe. This is the same model used by successful internet TV ventures, like Red Letter Media (which only bills you for special stuff, but keeps the majority of its content available for free, and on YouTube generating revenue through ads) or Drama Fever (Korean soap operas). Both of which have a lot of content and variety, and Levin has neither but wants 7.99 a month if you don't happen to catch his live broadcast at 9pm. That also, by the way, destroys the point of internet TV to begin with. It should revolve around convenience.

Mark Levin is a sell out TRAITOR to the open borders, ILLEGAL ALIEN HORDES, cheap, ANTI-AMERICAN labor force that the ANTI-AMERICAN "Chamber of Commerce" has been pushing and implementing for years that has led to the outsourcing and offshoring destruction of millions upon millions of American jobs.

Who would have believed that Donald Trump of all people would expose all of these ersatz "constitutional conservatives" in the media, "conservative talk show hosts", politicians and political pundits for who and what they really are. It is unfathomable that these former stalwarts of the conservative right would be revealed as nothing but money grubing mouthpieces, pawns and willing participants and dupes of the GOPe, "uniparty" all for the sake of maintaining THEIR POWER, THEIR POSITIONS, THEIR PRIVILEGE and THEIR WEALTH/ONGOING STREAMS OF GRAFT AND MONEY OFF OF THE BACKS OF HONEST, LAW ABIDING AMERICAN, CITIZEN TAX PAYERS and former listeners and financial supporters;

THOSE DAYS ARE OVER, AMERICA AND AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE NOT "ANIMAL FARM" where "all animals are equal, but some animals are more 'equal than others'"!

Mark Levin (along with Ryan, etc...) are now "persona non gratis" in our home. The American citizenry is awake and fully engaged and aware of what is going on. These fools have (quoting Admiral Yamamoto) awoken the 'sleeping giant and filled him with terrible resolve'! And, "we won't be fooled again!"

We are witnessing first-hand America's version of the "Let them eat cake" moment; may they metaphorically suffer the same fate as those who first said this did in France!

A complete and total LIE. Trump said Apple would make phones in the U.S. again...because he would REMOVE the double taxation on forign corporate profits when repatriated, which Tim Cook and many other CEOs have complained about. NOT because he would force them to do so.

This is a CONSERVATIVE principle, which the "New Levin" (the bought and paid for one) wouldn't know if it hit him in the nose.

Seems like since he launched that internet TV venture, he has become unhinged.

Perhaps his investors are the Club for growth and Chamber of Commerce?

It’s been mentioned before, but I think a lot of this stems from bad blood between Levin and Michael Savage who is solidly pro-Trump.

Savage promoted Trump for president in 2011, and took a lot of ridicule when Trump announced that he would win the nomination, "easily." The GOPe and Cucks are not laughing now.

My only comment would be his point on Trump not being a free trader. Trump is a free trader. A free trader wants to show a profit or a strategic transaction in order to make a bigger profit.

There's a big difference between a Free Trader, and a Free Traitor, which is what the Chamber of Commerce, Ryan, McConnell and (sadly) Levin are.
