In an interview on CNN's "New Day," host John Berman asked Trump spokesperson Katrina Pierson whether Ryan was fit to retain the speakership if he can't get behind Trump as the GOP standard-bearer.
"No, because this is about the party," Pierson replied. "The last two presidential cycles we were told John McCain was a conservative..."
Got to love Katrina.
Ryan is a weasel who is completely owned by The Cheap Labor Express.
He must be removed from office before he can do any more damage.
Multi-national politicians who will not uphold the rule of law must all be removed before they give away our country.

Trump’s positions are very conservative...and more importantly, very Pro-American.

I was far from thrilled when I voted for Ryan and Willard in ‘12 just to watch them both proceed to epic fail in their campaign and debates. Ryan was pathetic against Biden so much so that I felt that he intentionally handed Joe a gift victory and betrayed the foolish pubbies that supported him.

Agreed. After 8 years of Obama trashing our image, reputation, and standing in the world, don't the American people deserve a pro American President?
If Ryan had his way, the new Republican President would disappear, just like the Republican House and Senate disappeared. They would all disappear so the uniparty could enrich themselves at the expense of Americans.
I found it very ironic that Ryan spoke of unifying the party while NOT supporting the clear voice of the majority of the people.
I don’t know everything there is to know about American politics, but isn’t it Ryan’s job to back the choice of the people, aka the nominee? If for some reason he can’t, then he clearly needs to step down - he cannot do his job.
In my opinion, it’s far more important to listen to the voters than it is to worry about the party - in fact, I thought it was the party’s job to worry about the voters!
