I agree with above “more range time”
In order to lower hospital costs in Chicago and save the lives of innocent victims Chicago is now offering free range time with instructors available to all gangs and drug dealers.
Can’t call them criminals anymore, it’s hateful and hurts their feelings.
Murderers should be cautioned, assigned problem resolution and anger management courses and then sent home.
I wonder which part of Obamacare pays the hospital bills for those “wounded”?
Being that it’s Chicago, it probably falls under “pre existing conditions”.
Imagine the cries of anguish, hair pulling and gnashing of teeth if it was white legal gun owners shooting black kids in a city with a republican mayor in a state with a republican governor.
But in a democrat city 2 dead and 22 wounded in one night doesn’t rate so much as a raised eyebrow.
Death toll be much higher if the ERs weren’t so advanced
