I know that there was confusion about “suspended campaigns” being ineligible to gain delegates, but that doesn’t seem to apply to W.VA even though I asked that very question last night and received two polar opposite answers.
I’ve got a feeling the crowd got it but the reporter didn’t.
I got the idea that he was trying to get the Democrats out to vote for Bernie by constantly reminding them of what Hillary said about the coal miners.
He will easily win this state on Tuesday and November, so I got the idea he felt an obligation not to treat them like “flyover” country, but also as a tactic to undermine Hillary.
His campaign until the convention will to help Bernie.

Information was put out that suspended campaigns could not receive delegates ... and, apparently, THAT is not accurate.
