Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid vows that a Democratic takeover of the Senate is fairly certain in the November elections.
Discussing the race for president, Reid said he was confident that Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton would win the party's nomination and then the general election. He stressed her intelligence and ability to grasp the issues on a wide variety of subjects.
Reid harshly criticized Republican front-runner Donald Trump, saying that he "can't imagine how the establishment Republicans feel about somebody whos about as far from anything that anyone believes in as Donald Trump. I cant imagine this man being the nominee for any political party, let alone the Republican Party ... How he denigrates women and people who have handicaps."

I hear that “Larry Reid” model treadmill delivers a knockout workout.
Keep dreaming Harry.
After this election, a democrat would have a problem getting
elected dog catcher.
I tell you these people do not drop dead. It’s a curse.
Yes. If the Republicans lose the House or Senate, that will be the reason. All the broken promises from those we elected. Liars all!!
For sure they are going to take PA. Pat Toomey cut his throat back when he attempted his gun grab. Plus this is not the year to be running with very tight Wall Street connections.
Go get beat up by more Mafia, ya pathetic creep.
And lose your other eye.
That's debatable. But even if it happens then at least we won't have Harry Reid as majority leader.
I cant imagine this man being the nominee for any political party...
And I can’t imagine how such an ahole got to be elected Senator....for ANY party.
ESAD!
Fight with your exercise machine again you scrawny, pencil-necked geek!
America’s White Hut is filled with water buffalo and warthogs destroying our nation and this damned fool is talking about taking the Senate!
Never happen, Hairy.
[Democrats Will Take Senate Majority]
I thought he wasn’t to run again, if so, why is he leaving when he could maintain his power?
I see Illinois as gone.
Wisconsin is close to gone with incumbent Republican down 10 points in multiple polls.
There are many other races which will depend on the presidential race. The race will be so polarizing that there won’t be many crossover votes.
Those races are
New Hampshire
Arizona
Florida
Indiana
Missouri
North Carolina
Ohio
Pennsylvania
All of those seats are held by Republicans. They are likely to go all eight one way or the other depending on who wins the presidential race.
Of the Democrat seats, there are only two that are at risk - Nevada and Colorado. Same thing with them. They’ll probably go the same way as the presidential race.
“I thought he wasnt to run again, if so, why is he leaving when he could maintain his power?”
Reid is not well liked at home. Six years ago he should have lost his seat but was saved by an absolutely dreadful opponent. He would start this race as an underdog too. Even if he won his race, Schumer seems to have the votes lined up to depose him as Majority Leader. I guess at age 77, it wasn’t worth the fights to him.
IN YOUR DREAMS, CREEP!
Harry is only 76.
Leftys with gold plated healthcare tend to go a long time.
(Castro bros, Clinton, Soros, etc)
Plus he’s a Mormon so that’s another longevity plus.
It would be amazing to hear the stuck pig squeals if a President Trump uses his phone and pen to write legislation.
I am not a Trump supporter and do not want him acting like Obama. But it would be fun to watch.
“Reid is not well liked at home. Six years ago he should have lost his seat but was saved by an absolutely dreadful opponent.”
If memory serves, his opponent came within a few thousand votes of beating Harry. There was a last minute donation that allowed for a final campaign media blitz that could really be credited with saving Harry....I just wish I could remember the name of the donor. Hmm, let go back to the home page and I’m sure I will see it in about a hundred headlines....
If that were true no Dem including him would be quitting their cushy jobs!-)
