Anything that creates opportunities for more corruption and graft, while making unkeepable promises, is part of the New American Pie.
There really needs to be a moratorium on the creation of new agencies at both the state and federal level. We have more agencies than we need as it is. If a problem comes along, assign it to an existing agency, don’t create a new one.
