It’s proportional.
Right now Sanders has 41 to Hillary’s 34.
There is one district left with eight delegates.
Sanders will win 49-34 if he gets it, or Clinton wins 42-41 if she wins it.

The enemedia is doing its best to ignore Hillary’s loss by focusing on Trump; the fact that she lost INDIANA to Sanders speaks volumes about the problems she faces (within her own party and in the general public).
All of the talk has been on a contested Republican convention. It’s looking more likely that the Democrats will have one instead. Joy!
