I pray you’re right, our grandkids and great grandkids deserve better than what’s been taking place.
We hope better for them, but they are from the same sinful root as we. The big secret of the bible is that we never were expected to “deserve” anything. We were only expected to be willing to receive grace. The idea of “deserving” things was one that mankind pulled on itself with the consumption of the forbidden fruit (knowledge of good and evil, an impossible conceit because only God can do that).
