I'm going to just leave this right here...

Someone went to painstaking detail to track Clinton's email scandal and announced it at DU. Naturally, people are freaking out about it because it is out in the public and the information 'damages their presumptive nominee'. Permission to keep this up for interested FReepers to peruse. I'm quite certain it will be taken down when they discover we are have it here.

I predict Comey is going to kick this down the road and make Congress deal with it. If she gets into office, he will indict and make Ryan impeach her and throw her out. Ryan doesn’t have the stones to do it.

It doesn't work that way.

First off, a sitting president cannot be indicted. We had that debate in 1973 when Nixon got into hot water. Legal scholars at the time agreed that the President is different from any other citizen in that he cannot be indicted while in office. The most that can be done is to name the President an unindicted co-conspirator, which is exactly what the Watergate grand jury did.

The FBI can recommend indictment but cannot indict on its own. If Hillary is elected, her attorney general will refuse to indict, and the whole thing ends there.

The FBI could leak the results of its investigation to the Mainstream Media, but the media would refuse to report it.

The House could recommend that the House Judiciary Committee commence an impeachment inquiry, and the committee could subpoena the documents. That subpoena would be tied up in court, but even if the Supreme Court required the attorney general to honor the congressional subpoena, the AG could shred the documents and dare Congress to do something about it, all while the Mainstream Media keeps up a drumbeat of "persecution."

If Hillary wins, this will end on election night.

Yet not one person here has shared the obvious.

Thompson.

Does that name ring a bell?

Aka
Jim?

Coincidence?

Or something more sinister?

He’s everywhere.

I have saved the entire webpage to my local machine. If it goes away, there will still be a copy available.

No worries ;)

My prediction: they will move for an indictment right after the election, before the Electoral College votes.

Kind of like FR and reddit combined but for dems and leftists.

“......Platte River Networks had a contract with another company called Datto, which made monthly copies of the server in the cloud. But Platte River Networks didn’t know this was happening since they didn’t ask for it or pay for it, and they only found out about it after the FBI had taken the servers away. “

I suppose it depends on how you save it, but my imac shows web pages as saved, but it's only a link. When I reopen it, it goes to the link on the web. That means if it is taken down or moved, I can't get to it.

He's written some other interesting stuff I'm going to scope out.

The best way to save is copy, paste to a file and save, in my case an .rtfd. It will copy photos and I can paste all of it to my text editor, edit if I need to, then save in the afore-mentioned format because there are graphics in it. Otherwise it will just save as .rtf.

If you are running Windows, I don't know where they are with the process now. I used to be able to save web pages in the .html format with my older version.

No problem, my copy is definitely saved on my system, I clicked on the web page link created locally and when the page came up, the URL was a link to the directory and folder that I designated. I’ve definitely got a copy, should anyone need one.

Well it’s still easy to save such stuff, as I’m still running XP/SP3 with a fully armored security package AND hardware firewall with specific port control so NOTHING is going to get in, and I have a honeypot system running on it’s own network parallel to my primary network, in order to detect any blatant attempts to get in.

Pardon from who? She won’t be brought up and convicted in time for O’Dumbo to do it. God help us if she is elected to the WH - but I think she’ll get impeached and forced to resign if what I’ve read in that article (and other information forthcoming) is true. If a Republican is in the WH, this needs to be pursued with the utmost priority. And if its the Donald in the WH, I believe he is a man to get things done.
