nothing personal brother, but wow, the slander, the lies, to choose a man who brags about his adulteries in his books and tells people he could shoot someone in the face and people will still follow him...

That is NOT Conservatism, and the people that defend this...

Race, you seem like a nice person who would not purposefully misquote someone. Trump never said anything about shooting people in the face. His original reference, along with a couple of subsequent references, were as follows:

“They say I have the most loyal people—did you ever see that?—where I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters.”

Someone or other had commented on the loyalty of Trump’s supporters, and illustrated the comment, and Trump liked what he heard. He repeated it, with the preface, “They say”.

Subsequently it’s true he ommitted the ‘they say,’ preface. Perhaps by then he thought people knew he was referencing someone else’s quote? In any event, he never mentioned shooting anyone in the face.

Also bear in mind that Cruz joked about backing his vehicle up over Trump [which would have the result of either mangling or killing him]. That’s far more specific than Trump’s repetition of a third party’s illustration.
