Two black students at Salisbury University drew a stick figure hanging from a noose on a whiteboard in the taxpayer-funded school’s library, police say. The image also featured the word “Nigger!” (with the exclamation point) and the hashtag #WhitePower.
The hoax incident caused great calamity on the 8,657-student campus in Salisbury, Md. The Salisbury University Police Department initiated a hate-crime investigation. However, upon learning that the unidentified students are black, authorities chose to file no charges, reports The Daily Times, a local newspaper.
The racist image appeared inside Blackwell Library on April 10, around the time of the school’s eighth annual “Stop Hatin'” week, which centers on diversity and acceptance.
On Tuesday, school officials announced that two students responsible for the image are black. Officials cited the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, a federal law, as their rationale for not naming the students.
Administrators criticized the racist drawing.
“Regardless of who created the drawing, we find such actions demeaning to all members of the campus community and against our core values,” Salisbury U. media relations director Richard Culver lamented, according to the Times.
Culver noted that the unnamed students may still face discipline by school officials. The exact nature of the discipline is unclear.

Only a whitey would get charged, just blacks did it so it’s just fine and dandy apparently.
So the race hustlers still found a way to blame whites, (the police), for the situation, because they told the truth about the suspects.

No charges, huh. If it was any other race, they’d be charged with that and every other trumped up charge they could think up. But, yeah, only black lives matter.

Fake hate crimes are actually hate crimes. They hate the group of people they are framing.
They are attempting to frame innocent people. Hey are atempting to incite violence. They are attempting to foment hostility between groups of people they are using as patsies in their lying scheme.
Isn't it amazing that federal law is scrupulously enforced whenever it suits the interests of a group favored by our elites?

This incident is an example of what John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, had tried to prevent the states from doing with the equal protections clause of that amendment imo.
In this example, state actors are wrongly basing the punishment for a crime on the race of the people who do the crime.
It can also be argued that state actors are wrongly effectively establishing a privileged / protected class which the states have amended the Constitution to expressly prohibit both themselves and the feds from doing as evidenced by Clause 8 of Section 9 of Article I and Clause 1 of Section 10 also of Article I.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
Article I, Section 10, Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility [emphases added].
