Andrea Tantaros won’t be on Fox News Channel for the time being.
TVNewser got a tip earlier today regarding Tantaros. When we reached out to FNC, they sent us this statement: “Issues have arisen regarding Andrea’s contract, and Fox News Channel has determined it best that she take some time off. She is still under contract with the network.”
Tantaros was last on Outnumbered on Monday. She got a shout-out Monday evening on The Five for her new book, Tied Up in Knots: How Getting What We Wanted Made Women Miserable.
Tantaros was scheduled to call in to Bill Cunningham‘s radio show yesterday, but canceled a few hours before.
Tantaros was formerly a regular panelist on The Five, but moved off that show in Feb. 2015.

Yes, I would much prefer they get rid of BOR...that would be much better.

This a sad turn of events.
Of course, MEgyn is still around, but she has reportedly made-up with Mr.Trump.
I guess we’ll see that for ourselves on Monday ... IF we watch.
There's at least a couple reasons to put her back on.
As interesting as all the current theories are, there may be a more mundane reason she is not working at this time-Fox doesn’t seem to be any nicer to their broadcast staff than the other networks when contract renewal time approaches-if someone says they going to ask for a lot more money, it isn’t taken well-networks have been sued, people taken off camera for awhile-or fired-etc. She might have asked for more money and gotten her hands spanked...
This is a big loss.
Andrea is one of the most erudite and well spoken commentators they have/had.
If Megyn Kelly is making $11 as reported, FOX can let her go to MSNBC and give that slot to Andrea.
It would be a YUGE improvement and they could probably save a million or two in salary!
No problem. I haven’t watched Fox News in months.
She’s much thinner than that now.

Andrea is one of the few reasons that I still tune in. I guess it’s all over for me until they clean up their programming. Whatever happened to “fair and balanced”?
