Voter ID laws were expressly upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in
Crawford v. Marion County Election Board, a 6 to 3 decision in 2008.
Why is it that any Supreme Court decisions that liberals like are "settled law" that cannot be touched, but any decisions that liberals do not like are continuously litigated until they finally get the decision that they want?

I hate to say it but the retards are smarter than the Constitutionalists, I guess.

Not only are the leftist-approved Supreme Court decisions declared "settled law," but they are applied broadly, across the board, into every remotely tangential issues imaginable.
So, marriage redefinition somehow nullifies religious freedom.

This is exactly how children behave. And like children they count on you eventually being tired, distracted, in some moment of weakness so they can finally get their way.

Pelosi said it herself.....when THEIR measures pass, she says The People have spoken. Yet, when they fail she says this is not over
I guess the skank doesn't like the other "people" who speak.
