Why is it that any Supreme Court decisions that liberals like are "settled law" that cannot be touched, but any decisions that liberals do not like are continuously litigated until they finally get the decision that they want?

Not only are the leftist-approved Supreme Court decisions declared "settled law," but they are applied broadly, across the board, into every remotely tangential issues imaginable.

So, marriage redefinition somehow nullifies religious freedom.

The Constitution now says whatever the hell 5 out of 9 Supreme Court Justices want it to say.

One of the many problems with having the Constitution re-written by the decree of five Supreme Court Justices is that a different five Supreme Court Justices can always decide to re-write it differently.
