“Cruz’s leftist roommate from Princeton claims he will NEVER give up.”

The difference is that he was young then. Now he is older, with a lot less energy and imagination, and more corrupted. Even if Cruz doesn’t want to give up, no one will pay attention to him.

Kasich is null and void. Truth, he won only ONE State and that’s it. Done!

Mama, did I tell you that my hubby worked for Cummins for several years? He went to work for them in Columbus, IN when we lived at Nashville, IN. Loved that part of IN.

You guys are making me homesick for Nashville, IN. Loved the Nashville House fried biscuits. Great village for artists. We had a log house out near Gnaw Bone.

“WV looking like another 60% plus possible state for Trump”

Won’t be surprised if he gets 70%. WV has voted dem forever till obumpus and his war on coal. Now they won’t even talk about politics for fear someone will find out they are voting for Trump. It’s actually funny to watch how they tip toe around the subject, but I know. Hahaha

No you hadn’t told me. So many people work at cummins. They just build a new factory in Seymour so people in our county don’t have to drive as far to work. Making engines for pickups They have certainly kept our economy strong.

Mine was Coldwater, MI, 1965.

Tornados are no laughing matter, but it is true that Wizard of Oz affected plenty of kids - at least I think it's true, it affected me!

Serving 2 breakfasts today. One regular and a request of mouse1. Perhaps, save the lobster roll for lunch.

The first time I had a lobster roll was 35 years ago on our honeymoon. We were headed for Maine and stopped in Massachusetts. That's where we bought our first lobster roll. Delicious!!!

Good morning Mr. Peabody!

I’ve noticed several articles this a.m. re that they think the riots may actually help get Trump elected.

Here’s one as an example. There’s a good video linked in post #48 about the Costa Mesa riot and a few pictures in the thread.

Did Protests outside Trump rally actually help his campaign?

Here’s a pretty good one as another example.

Will Rioters Hand the Election to Trump?

Good morning Lysie

Both look great! I could maybe eat about 1/2 the breakfast and 1/2 of the lunch.

I’ve been to a lot of states, but the only ones in the NE area are NY and PA (also DC). I’ve never had a lobster roll :-( I love lobster and that looks so delicious - YUGE pieces of lobster.

Good morning Seattle Conservative. I bet if I asked hubby to jump in the car to get one, he would. That’s how good they are. ;-)

Yes, Wizard of Oz affected me with the tornadoes, too. The one that got to me as an adult was Twister: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0117998/

Here’s a list:
5 Of The Most-Popular Tornado Movies You’ve Got To See

•The Wizard Of Oz (1939) Who can forget the tornado that dropped Dorothy’s house on the Wicked Witch of the East? Tornado Movie Fun Fact: The tornado in The Wizard Of Oz is actually a 35-foot-long muslin sock!

•Twister (1996) The major player in this movie is a violent tornado that destroys a town and bewilders the mystifies the scientists trying to explore more about tornadoes with the use of special data-gathering instruments.

•Storm Chasers: Revenge Of The Twisters (1998) This made-for-TV-movie follows the career ups and downs of a storm chaser, whose storm-chasing husband had been killed on the job, sent to investigate extreme weather conditions.

•Night Of The Twisters (1996) A Nebraska town is ravaged by a storm dropping furious tornadoes in this movie that profiles the plight and travails of a family.
